iACT operate on EDSA, to enforce the exclusive lane created for commuter Buses plying the EDSA Carousel Route. According to iACT, the majority of vehicles ticketed during this operation were red plates or driven by uniformed personnel. MMDA catch this alleged colorum, with a driver that claims to be a Police Officer, while using the PNP-HPG logo! But in reality, he didn't even have his license because it was CONFISCATED by the real Police with a receipt that says "RECKLESS DRIVING" and "INVOLVED IN ACCIDENT". His vehicle has been impounded for 3 months and there's an ongoing investigation with regards to his claim of being a Police Officer and the organization he claims to belong to (INTERPOLCOM).
