Savoury dashi meringue recipe 🥳 Ingredients: 80 grams of dashi 40 grams of sushi vinegar 20 grams of soy sauce 60 grams of water 30 grams of albumin powder 90 grams of icing sugar Mix all ingredients and beat it in a @kitchenaidusa till you have fluffy and stiff peaks. Then pipe it on a silicon sheet and dust it with some furikake powder. Now dry it at 50 degrees Celsius for 6 hours till it’s crispy.
