Mission scenarios are enacted to test astronauts' reactions and problem-solving abilities. The National Atmospheric and Space Administration's (NASA) Johnson Space Center held media tours as the agency prepares for a "Return to Flight" in 2004, following the loss of the Columbia space shuttle on Feb. 1st, 2003.
