What I wish I knew before starting Strongman 🏆 day 7 Strongman teaches you that recovery is a skill, not a luxury. Training hard without allowing recovery is often the reason performance stalls. Adaptation only happens when you give your body the chance to respond. Recovery doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means learning how to bring your nervous system back down. Strength is the tool. Recovery is what allows you to use it again tomorrow. This lesson definitely took me longer than it should have.
