Winter wheat update! 🙌 This is my first time growing wheat and I am over the moon with the results so far! It’s a soft white winter wheat called ‘Ovation’ that I planted out on October 17th. It was pretty warm still when I planted, so I kept it damp until I saw germination, then just let nature do its thing over the winter, only starting to water again when it warmed up late this spring.
