The Silver River is a place unto its own. Fed by clean crystal clear 72 degree freshwater that flows out of the largest artesian spring in the United States, it has fascinated visitors since the turn of the century. This river will be one of the featured paddles in FPTA’s 2026 Paddlefest being held April 16-19th at nearby Camp Kiwanis in the heart of the Ocala National Forest.
