EMOM (Every minute on minute) Set a Tabata timer for 4-5 rounds of 60 seconds of work with zero rest. You perform the prescribed reps, or exercise time, at the beginning of each minute. The remainder of that minute is rest. If there is no remaining time, there is no rest; you go right into the next exercise. Repeat this circuit until you've completed all 4-5 rounds of exercises.
