Elders are the knowledge keepers, the storytellers, and the bridge between generations. Through their words, teachings, and presence, we learn about respect, humility, and how to walk gently on the land. Elders remind us that knowledge doesn’t only come from books. It comes from listening, observing, and living. They carry the oral histories of our people, the songs, the medicines, and the lessons that guide us to live in balance. Taking time to sit with an Elder, share tea, and listen is one of
