What Happened To Reggie Roby? (Story)

You remember my neighbor who last Sunday used his snow blower on our driveways? I havent seen him in a few days and due to the amount of snow and ice on our street it wasn't possible for me to thank him for removing some of the snow from my driveway. Since cars where getting stuck (I live on a hill) I put in a ticket to have the city come clear the snow. The city closed my ticket saying I had to wait 24 hours after the last snow fall. My ticket was submitted almost 48 hours after it stopped snow
