The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform today received eight Land Cruiser bakkies, including two converted into mobile veterinary clinics and one truck from the European Union-funded Livestock Support Programme. The vehicles were handed over to the Directorate of Veterinary Services to help strengthen animal health surveillance, combat Foot-and-Mouth Disease, improve traceability and support compliance with export standards. Nghipondoka is on a visit to the school, situated on Impalila Island which is about 130km east of Katima Mulilo.
