The formation of a small dust devil was caught on camera at Cowboy Lee Farm in Raeford, North Carolina, on March 27. Dust devils usually only last for a few minutes, according to the National Weather Service, and while this one was small, some can become several thousand feet high and larger dust devils can develop wind speeds of 60 mph or more. | CBS News
