Is your velocity stuck? Have you tried watching videos to gain velocity but when you do it nothing works? The first thing I’d fix if I were struggling to gain velocity would be separation and layback with my arm as my front foot hits. 3 steps to fix this: 1) Do 30 minutes of mobility at least twice a week to grow your shoulder separation. 2) preset your arm on drills with your arm already up and also do the figure 8 drill. 3) BE CONSISTENT. This won’t fix itself in one day or one week. You must
